A Greener Agriculture for a Bluer Baltic Sea

Welcome to the fifth annual international agri-environmental conference! It is the major forum for networking and exchange of knowledge, experiences and ideas around the Baltic Sea. A Greener Agriculture for a Bluer Baltic Sea will be held at Scandic Marina Congress Center in Helsinki, Finland from Tuesday 27th to Wednesday 28th of August 2013. It is organised in a joint effort by the following Baltic Sea Region projects: Baltic Manure, Baltic Deal, Baltic Compact, BERAS implementation and Baltic Impulse, and the following organisations: WWF, HELCOM, CIEC - the International Scientific Centre of Fertilizers and NJF - the Association of Nordic Agricultural Scientists.

Innovative Uses of Baltic Marine Resources in the Light of the EU Blue Growth Initiative

The Final Conference of the current SUBMARINER project will be held in the Polish Baltic Philharmonic in Gdańsk, Poland on 5 and 6 September 2013, under the patronage of the Polish Ministry of Transport, Construction and Maritime Economy. The event will bring together high-level policy makers and representatives of companies and research institutions dealing with new marine uses around the Baltic Sea Region. The conference will be marked by presentation of the SUBMARINER Roadmap and the official launch of the SUBMARINER Network.
