Organisation Background

The Community Trade Mark AQUAZOSTA is our program: AQUAZOSTA is an innovative life science company with a focus on research and development. Processing of goods are made from seagrass containing the botanical complex MAREZOSTIN (trade mark), in this case the eelgrass Zostera marina from the Baltic Sea. This is carried out according to own know-how and patents for the production of cosmeceuticals, pharmaceuticals, nutraceuticals and products for technical industries. A paradigm change has to be introduced: Seagrasses are marine flowering plants but not seaweeds or algae, and seagrass is not a garbage for the deposit, but a unique plant from the sea for added-value products.
